As you may recall, I used to have a small guestbook on my previous website to gather feedback from visitors. When I created Banjocomet, I decided to continue this tradition so you can share your thoughts on what’s good about it and what could use improvements! However, I realized that traditional guestbooks aren’t as popular as they used to be, so I came up with the idea of a feedback form that is more in line with the times. In this form below, you are asked to answer a series of questions, with an optional text field at the end that you can use to provide additional feedback. Each field except for the additional feedback is required, meaning you’ll need to select an answer to submit the form. Recently, I updated the form to include a rating section where you can rate various aspects of Banjocomet on a scale of one to five, with five being the best! I’ll periodically update the form with new questions to gather more insights on how to improve the website.
